As a youth, I participated in several sports to include baseball, track & field, football, and soccer. The time spent in sports was both fun and competitive. In high school, I realized that one day I wanted to be involved in the sports industry. Today, I work as a Certified Speed & Agility Coach and a Certified Master Fitness Trainer. I have been involved in the training of youth in hockey, baseball, volleyball, and track & field.
